2.      Whether any authority/agency has conducted or has in custody, any study related to possible disaster of any damage to  mullapperiyar or/and Idukki reservoirs or/and reservoirs downstream in Kerala State. Please provide copy of the reports and annexures

3.       What is the probability of these dams breaking/ breaching in the next 10 years?

4.     Is the water carrying or drainage capacity of rivers or flood paths calculated and studies or maps prepared, if so, please provide a copy.

5.       Is any inundation map was prepared considering a possible disaster, if so, please provide copy.

6.        Which of the studies and maps considered the increased climatic changes in recent years or future.

7.       Is the possible water levels or danger zones, in the event of a breach of DAM or related disaster, marked and warnings posted in downstream areas? Please provide related plans and reports. 

8.         Is there any evacuation plan prepared.  Please provide copy of the plan and/or report

9.     What is the measures taken to prepare for a disaster.

As the requested information is urgently required to secure the life and liberty of 30 lakh people in the area, kindly provide the information within 48 hours, as per section 7(1) of RTI act.
